Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
You must create an account to use Suni BP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Monitor Mode allows you to invite third parties (monitors) to view your health data in read-only format and receive health alerts. By inviting a monitor, you consent to sharing your health data with that person. You may revoke monitor access at any time from the app settings.
We collect and process health-related data including blood pressure readings, medication information, and wellness data. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your health data to third parties.
All content in Suni BP including the logo, design, AI models, and features are the exclusive property of Vertex Prime Group LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the App without compensation or credit to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex Prime Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Suni BP. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Suni BP uses a proprietary algorithm that runs entirely on your device to generate blood pressure risk predictions and health insights. No health data is transmitted to external AI services or third-party AI providers. All AI processing occurs locally on your device.
When you enable Google Health Connect integration, Suni BP may read blood pressure readings from and write readings to Google Health Connect on your device. This integration is optional and subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Data shared with Health Connect remains on your device and is governed by your Health Connect permissions settings.
